Fitting In
Fitting In
In a fast moving and ever changing world, we often feel the pressure to adapt to go with the flow, to blend in, to become something acceptable, even if it doesn’t fully reflect who we truly are. “Fitting In” explores the subtle tension between the desire to belong and the need to remain true to oneself. It captures the quiet struggle of finding one’s place in a world that can sometimes feel unfamiliar, loud, and exhausting. Shapes, colors, and empty spaces clash yet coexist each with its own character, each trying to connect without losing form. From this meeting emerges a visual metaphor: a longing to be part of something without erasing one’s identity. Feeling becomes a gentle bridge between the longing to be accepted and the courage to be authentic. This work reflects an inner journey, a search for balance between standing out and staying connected, between adapting to change and honoring where we come from. Here, difference becomes a quiet kind of beauty. To be part of something doesn’t mean to disappear.
